Our Systems
-
Rainscreen System
Our rainscreen system is an exterior cladding solution designed to improve drainage and ventilation, protecting the building from moisture while enhancing its appearance. It works by creating a gap between the cladding and the weather-resistant barrier, allowing water to drain and air to circulate—preventing trapped moisture that can lead to leaks, mold, and structural damage.
-
Caulk System
Our caulk system is an exterior cladding method where backer rod and sealant is used between panel joints to create a watertight barrier. This system relies on high-performance caulking to prevent water infiltration while allowing for panel movement, ensuring long-term durability and weather resistance.
FAQs
What Do Your Panels Attach to?
Our panels are mounted using extrusions, which can be fastened to almost any substrate. In most cases, they simply attach through sheathing onto the studs.
How Far Off The Wall Is Your System?
Our system sits 2.5 inches off the wall. It’s based on a 2-inch design, but we add an extra half inch to account for any framing inconsistencies, ensuring that the reveal lines keep straight.
What is the Lead Time for the Panels?
For standard colors, lead time is typically 1-3 days. Custom colors and finishes can take up to 12 weeks, depending on the manufacturer’s timeline.
