Full In-House Aluminum Panel Service…with No Middle Man

United Panel takes your drawing, figures out how to make your panels fit together from it, and then turns that into a fully rendered, totally realized product. We’re a turnkey company!

We’re also with you step-by-step through each part of the process, meaning you work directly with us.

Here’s The Process We Go Through to Make Sure Your Needs Are Met

AutoCAD Finalization

You bring your design to us, and our team of engineers will build out all the details in AutoCAD and send you a finished drawing before production so you can see how everything will seamlessly fit together.

Custom Fabrication

When the specs are approved by you, it goes straight out the door, down a flight of stairs, and right to our fabrication department, who start bringing your drawing to life.

Full-Service Installation

Once the fabrication process is complete, your panels are loaded up and shipped straight to your site, where one of our experienced crews will place them, set them, and hang them for you.

What Type of Paneling is Best For My Project?

There are two different types of material you can choose from to complete your project.

Nichiha

Nichiha is a fiber cement that is extremely lightweight and highly customizable.

You can make your panels look like metal or wood or stone, without the cost (or weight or durability problems) of working with that material.

Aluminum Composite

Aluminum composite material is a thin sheet of composite pressed between two microscopic layers of aluminum, providing a lightweight yet rigid material to cover your building.

ACM is also highly customizable- make it look like any material or bend it into any shape you can think of!

How Do My Panels Get Installed?

Contrary to popular thought, your panels aren’t just slapped on your building and glued in place.

They are actually attached via two different systems, which you can choose based on your project’s need.

Rain Screen

Our Rainscreen Cladding System uses aluminum extrusions around the perimeter of your structure. We slide the panels into the lips on the extrusion, which hold them securely in place, and leaves a barrier or air between the panels and your frame.

This system limits direct entry, prevents capillary action, manages water drainage, and stops rain from getting to your frame.

Caulk/Wet Joint

Our Wet Joint System uses a continuous run of extrusions around the perimeter of your structure that features sliding clips at the joints to attach your panels.

Usually used when you know a lot of water will be hitting your structure, this system allows for the correction of any inconsistencies in your exterior structure, and makes it look totally flat and uniform.

Our Facilities
